About OJAYA
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OJAYA website and your purchase of products from OJAYA.
OJAYA is an independent curated retailer offering fashion and related products to customers in Nigeria. By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing a product from OJAYA, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Independent Retailer & Third-Party Brands
OJAYA independently sources and resells genuine products, including products originally manufactured, distributed or sold by third-party brands. Where a product is identified using a third-party brand name, trademark, logo or other brand identifier, such references are used to identify and describe the genuine product being offered for resale.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, OJAYA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, associated with or an authorised retailer, distributor or representative of any third-party brand featured on our website. All third-party trademarks, trade names, logos and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Product Authenticity
OJAYA is committed to offering genuine products. Products identified by third-party brand names are independently sourced by OJAYA and are represented as genuine based on our sourcing and verification processes.
Because OJAYA operates independently from the brands whose products we may resell, manufacturer or brand-specific services, warranties, packaging, promotions or after-sales benefits ordinarily associated with purchases made directly from an authorised retailer may not necessarily apply unless expressly stated.
Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and your device display. Where products are independently sourced, packaging, labels or presentation may also vary between batches or markets.
Availability
Our products are curated in limited quantities and are subject to availability. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it. We reserve the right to limit quantities or withdraw a product from sale. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order and we cannot fulfil it, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for that item.
Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the OJAYA website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete your order. Payment must be successfully authorised using one of the payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. Where an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that OJAYA has accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- information supplied with the order appears incorrect or incomplete;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity; or
- a material pricing or listing error has occurred.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact OJAYA as soon as possible. Orders may only be cancelled where they have not progressed beyond the point at which cancellation can reasonably be accommodated. Once an order has entered fulfilment or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible. Where applicable, you may instead request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery
OJAYA currently delivers within Nigeria only. Delivery options, charges and applicable estimates will be provided at checkout where available. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Delivery times are estimates unless OJAYA expressly states otherwise. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned in accordance with OJAYA’s Return & Refund Policy. OJAYA currently provides a 7-calendar-day return window from delivery for eligible change-of-mind returns, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in that policy.
This voluntary return policy does not remove any consumer rights or remedies that apply under applicable law. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.
OJAYA reserves the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, without affecting orders already validly completed under that promotion.
Intellectual Property
The OJAYA name, branding, website design, original photographs, graphics, written content and other original materials created by or for OJAYA are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use OJAYA-owned content without permission except as permitted by law.
Third-party brand names, trademarks, logos, product imagery and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the OJAYA website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, use the website for fraudulent purposes or use our content in a manner that infringes OJAYA’s or another party’s rights.
Third-Party Services
Certain elements of our website or order process may be provided through third-party services, including payment, ecommerce, fulfilment and delivery providers. Their services may be subject to their own applicable terms and privacy practices. OJAYA remains responsible for its obligations to customers to the extent required by applicable law.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by applicable law, OJAYA will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of our breach or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may also be processed by service providers where necessary to process payments, fulfil orders, provide delivery, operate our website or provide other services connected with your purchase.
