Delivery
OJAYA currently delivers to addresses within Nigeria only. Available delivery options and applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Processing
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, it will be prepared for fulfilment. You will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout. Where available, tracking or delivery updates will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your delivery location, order processing requirements and the delivery service available for your order. Any delivery timeframe provided at checkout or after dispatch is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside OJAYA’s reasonable control.

 

Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order, including the recipient’s name, delivery address and valid contact details. Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your purchase.

 

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact OJAYA as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery
Where delivery cannot be completed because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, the recipient is unavailable, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed for another customer-related reason, additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact OJAYA as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photographs or information so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Delivery Coverage
OJAYA currently operates as a Nigeria-only store. International delivery is not available at this time. We may expand our delivery coverage in the future.
