Order Processing
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within our stated processing timeframe. During particularly busy periods or new collection launches, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.
Multiple Items
Where possible, items purchased together will be shipped together. In some cases, items may arrive separately. If this applies to your order, we’ll let you know.
Delays
